Eric and I sat with Deni at Brewhaus last night, and she had an interesting perspective on the rescued 19-year-old POW. She seemed to think it was odd that she was the only person there alive. No captors, no prisoners, no anybody. I'm not entirely sure what she meant. Something about her being so young.
Clearly, much of what is reported on the cable news networks is propaganda, and we won't know the real stories in this war for years to come, when the reporters and soldiers are allowed to tell what they really saw.
I don't mind if FOX or CNN has slanted views, but I want to see all biased sides, not just one giant cable-news perspective.
