Pop Culture and I have been thinking up new slang for the black people. Pop came up with "active." So you would say something like, "Those rims are active, or that bitch is active. I also came up with one. It's "accurate." As in, "I saw some DKNY's at Burlington Coat Factory, and those motherfuckers were accurate. Or, those Nike's are accurate, but that bitch over there is even more accurate.
Big news rolling down this week, beavers. Stay cool.

Continuing our impeachment ruminations:
"More than four in 10 Americans, according to a recent Zogby poll, say that if President Bush did not tell the truth about his reasons for going to war with Iraq, Congress should consider holding him accountable through impeachment ... The impeachment question was part of a Zogby International poll conducted early last week, and released on Thursday. It found that Bush's job approval ratings had slipped a point from the previous week, to 43 percent. But the jaw-dropper was that 42 percent said they would favor impeachment proceedings if it is found that the president misled the nation about his reasons for going to war with Iraq." - Dan Froomkin, Washington Post

London Rocked by Explosions (Government blame game and coverup in progress...)

This week, Earth is at its greatest distance from the sun (152 million km), a point in our planet's orbit called aphelion.

AURORA WATCH:
A coronal mass ejection (CME, movie)
left the sun yesterday and is heading toward Earth. It's not a very bright or massive CME. At most, only mild geomanetic storms are expected when it reaches Earth tonight. High-latitude sky watchers should be alert for auroras.
