Bush said nobody could have predicted this would happen. Either he took his hyperbole pills again or somebody in his administration did predict it would happen and he responded by cutting FEMA funding by forty percent.

Speaking of hyperbole pills, does anybody got some?

This is where all the funding left for FEMA went after Bush got done with it.
