In William Safire's collumn this morning he mentioned Bayh as a possibility to be on the 08' Democratic ticket.

Anyway, I've been browsing this site and when they explain a canidates position they say: "so and so on this and that." So you get to see phares such as "Ted Kennedy on Drugs."
